What are my options if something on my order is incorrect?

Unfortunately we're currently unable to offer any Order Cancellations or Address Changes at any stage. 

In the meantime we would recommend double checking your basket and the address you have on your Quiz Account, and if you're checking out with PayPal or Apple Pay please check if your address on these services are up to date as well! (PayPal and ApplePay will overwrite your delivery address to help prevent fraud)

If you have already placed your order with standard or next day delivery and your address is incorrect, the courier should attempt to deliver your order 3 times and then return this back to ourselves at which point you will receive a refund.
