How can I return an online order I placed in store?

We hope that you love your new purchase but if for any reason you need to return your order/items, you've got 14 days to return this from the date of delivery/collection.

Any orders placed in store to either be delivered to your home address or to collect in store at a later date, cannot be returned to our warehouse via the post and it will have to be returned to one of our standalone Quiz stores.

As your payment is taken in store, it has to be refunded in store and unfortunately if you do return your order to our warehouse, we will not be able to process a refund for you and this will have to be returned back to you (so to make sure your return is is accepted within our 14 day returns period, please make sure it has been returned correctly!) 

All items must be returned in their original selling condition - clean, unworn and with tags attached.
