How do I return by Yodel?

Want to return your order through your nearest Yodel drop off point? No problem, now its really easy to get your Yodel return started!

1. Fill in the returns form provided with your order, making sure to list the items and the reason they are being returned and securely pack this with your return.
2. Generate your Yodel return QR code via our Returns Portal
3. Take your return to your nearest Yodel drop off point (you can find your nearest store here)
4. Keep a hold of your Postage Receipt, this will have your tracking number you can use to track your return here!

Now you can sit back and relax! Once your order has been received and processed by our warehouse you will receive an email confirmation for your refund!
