Quiz Outlet Returns Policy

We really hope that you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don’t work out. If you have made a purchase from our new Sunderland outlet, please be aware that our returns policy for this store differs from our standard returns policy. All items purchased in our outlet store must be returned within 7 days, this is for an exchange only. All returns must be made to our outlet store. Any other Quiz store or concession cannot accept returns of any purchases made from the outlet, we cannot accept returns of outlet purchases via post.

All returns must be made in the items original selling condition - clean, unworn and with tags attached. If a return does not meet these requirements, it may be rejected.

You must have your original receipt present at the time of your return. 

For hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be exchanged if the hygiene seal has not been removed; earrings cannot be exchanged. 

This does not affect your statutory rights.
