Part of my order is missing, what should I do?
We're sorry if your order has arrived with an item missing. Before contacting us, there are a few things you can do:
1. Please check your invoice to make sure your items aren't arriving separately. All items listed in your invoice should be included with your order.
2. To make sure the missing item wasn't out of stock at the time of sending your order, please check your emails (including your junk/spam folders) to make sure we haven't already notified you about this. If an item has been cancelled off your order due to no stock, you will not be charged for the item so it may be worth checking your bank statement as well.
3. Did your order arrived looking damaged or open at all? If so, try and take some images showing how your order arrived as this can help us find out what's gone wrong.

We'll do our very best to get this replaced (where possible) as soon as possible, as we don't want you missing out!
