Why won't my discount / promo code work?

Have you entered the code correctly? As our promo codes are case sensitive, we would recommend copying and pasting the code into the 'Promotional Code' box at checkout to avoid any issues. 

Is the code still valid? You can check this on our website (if the code is being advertised there) or on the email you received the promo code from. If you are unsure, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team who will be happy to check this for you! 

Is my discount code valid for all items? Most of our discount codes can't be used on top of any other offer, which includes items being reduced in the sale unless stated otherwise. Some selected lines are also excluded from promotional offers and discounts.

Top Tip: If you're having issues with a Promo Code and its giving you an error, please take a screenshot of the error and contact our Customer Care team so that they can investigate it for you!
