When paying with a credit/debit card, the funds will show as pending with your bank from the time of purchase, and normally clear into your statement a few working days later.
Any payments made through Quiz Gift Card, PayPal or Amazon Pay will be billed immediately after placing your order.
When using Klarna, the order will show in your Klarna account as "Pending" until we dispatch your order. Any payments will be taken according to the payment schedule you agreed with Klarna. If you have any other questions relating to your Klarna account, these should be directed to Klarna Customer Care.
If an item is out of stock when your order is packed, you will not be charged for the cancelled item and the funds will automatically be refunded but the the full pending payment may still appear in your account for up to 3-5 working days.
If you can see the pending payment on your account, but have not received email confirmation of your order, your order may have failed. You will need to contact our friendly Customer Care Team with your email plus the date and time the order was placed.
