Can I track my order?
Yes!
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email, which will contain a link to track your order. You will then be redirected to the courier's tracking site so you can keep up to date with the delivery of your order.
If you need help with tracking your order, you can reach out to our customer care team directly and they will be able to send you your tracking information as well as help you if you have any concerns about your delivery, i.e. the tracking has not updated in a few working days.

Please be aware that we cannot offer tracking information for Collect in Store orders, if you do not get your 'ready to collect email' within 5 working days please reach out to us.
