What if my parcel does not arrive?
We're sorry if your order has not arrived.
There's a couple of things you can check before contacting us:
- Please make sure to check the estimated delivery date on your dispatch email as this should give you an indication on when to expect your order.
- You can also take a look at the tracking link provided on your dispatch email for further updates on the delivery of your order.
If the tracking has not moved in a few working days and it is past the estimated delivery date, please get in touch using the links below. Make sure to provide your Name and Order Number so our team can get this resolved for you as soon as possible!
