How does QVIP work?

Everyone is a Quiz Queen but why not upgrade your whole shopping experience?!

Just add our QVIP pass to your basket and place your order as you normally would, you will then have FREE next day, standard, collect plus and collect in store for the next 12 months. 

Once your a QVIP you’ll still be able to select different types of delivery as you did before - you just won't be charged for delivery. Remember, to always make sure you're logged into your account when placing an order. If you use an alternative email address then we won't know it's you and delivery will be charged (we're unfortunately unable to refund delivery in this circumstances).

QVIP currently costs just £7.99 and includes free delivery for a whole year with no minimum spend. You can always view the expiry date of your QVIP pass in your account so that you can check when it's time to renew.

QVIP is currently only available to UK customers. We deliver to all of mainland UK, including the Highlands & Islands Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and BFPO. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO Box addresses.
