What happens if I return an item bought using a Gift Card?

You can return any unsuitable/unwanted items back to us as long as it falls within our Returns Policy and it will be refunded back to the original gift card. For this reason, we ask that you please keep a hold of the gift card until you are sure you are happy with your purchase.

If you paid with a combination of payment card and gift card, we'll refund first to your original payment method (card payment/Klarna/PayPal/Amazon Pay) and then the remainder would be refunded back onto the Gift Card used. 

However, we understand that things can happen, and if for any reason you no longer have your gift card please reach out to our friendly Customer Care Team on the contact links below. 

If you use an e-Gift card in store, this would then be refunded onto a new e-Gift card

Top Tip:

If you use your Giftcard online, any refunds would be sent out via a new e-Giftcard, however you can pay for an order both in store and online using multiple Giftcards.
