Do I have to pay for returning an item?

You do not need to pay to return an item if you are a UK Customer - we provide free return labels via our website for all UK Customers! Unfortunately we cannot extend this to non-UK customers, if you live outside the UK you can find out more information on our FAQ here!

Any returns done via the post from a single order will be subject to an admin of £1.99 (this will be deducted from your final refund amount).  To avoid multiple charges, we recommend you send any items you wish to return together in the one parcel.

You can also return your online orders back to your nearest store, by returning orders back to your nearest store you would not have the £1.99 admin fee deducted. You can find your nearest store using our Store Locator.

Please remember to always hold on to a copy of your proof of postage until you have been fully refunded.
