Once you have registered your return with us here, you will be receive an email with further information and your return label (if you haven't selected an option with a QR code).
If you misplace your label, then you can always find this in your emails. If not, don't worry. Our friendly Customer Care Team will be able to resend this to you via email. You can contact them directly here.
Please be aware if you select Royal Mail and choose the 'Collect From Me' option you will not receive a Postage Receipt which is extremely important if anything goes wrong our Customer Care Team won't be able to help without it!
