Do you offer Collect In Store?

Yes! 

Collect in Store orders normally take 3-5 working days (5-7 for customers in Northern Ireland) to arrive in store and you will be sent an email to let you know when your order has arrived. Please don't, head to the store until you've received your 'It's Arrived' email. 

If you have not received any emails and it has passed your estimated delivery date, you can contact the store directly to check if it has been received - you can find your stores contact information here!

If your order has still not arrived in store after 5 working days, please reach out to our Customer Care team who would be happy to look into it for you!
