We will process your refund as soon as we possibly can but please allow at least 7-10 working days after we receive your returned item(s) at our Warehouse.
You will receive an email confirming the refund and the original order value with the refunded amount. After you receive the refund confirmation email please allow for at least 5 working days for the money to be returned to your account. Please note that your card issuer or bank is responsible for crediting your account and we do not have any control over this time frame.
If your card has expired, not to worry, your card issuer or bank will credit the funds to your new card as long as it is the same account.
If the refund has been declined by your card issuer or bank, we will contact you to arrange an alternative method of refund.
