Will COVID-19 affect the delivery of my order?
Due to the ongoing situation, we're currently working with a reduced team in our Distribution Centre which means we've had to adjust our delivery timescales slightly. Any orders placed on our standard delivery service can take between 5-7 working days to be delivered, so you may find it is taking us slightly longer to dispatch your order.
We have also amended our cut off time for any Next Day Delivery orders to 2pm Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after this time will be delivered within 2 working days. If you are expecting your order to be delivered Next Day and have not received your dispatch email, please check that your order was placed before our 2pm cut off before contacting us.
