There is a mistake with my order, what should I do?

So that we can check what went wrong and we can do to resolve the issue, please reach out as soon as possible to our Customer Care Team with your order number, the issue and if applicable any pictures!
With this our wonderful Customer Care Team will be able to investigate what had happened and how, and they'll do their best to fix the mistake for you!
Top Tip:
If you do have any pictures to sent us, please make sure these are as clear as possible, for example if you have received an incorrect item please take a picture of the item, with the tag and item code clearly visible.
