What if I am not in when my parcel is delivered?

Not to worry, you can track the delivery of your order after receiving your 'dispatch' email, but we get it, sometimes you might not be in when your order is due to be delivered.

For any Royal Mail deliveries, a calling card will be left which will include details on how to rearrange delivery or how to collect from your local Royal Mail sorting office. You can check the Royal Mail website to find your local sorting/delivery office. 

For all home delivery options, delivery will be attempted three times, and if still unsuccessful, your order will be returned back to us.

If your worried about your order being delivered to your home, not to worry! We now offer delivery with Yodel, ASDA ToYou, and InPost to a local Pickup point! (Each courier may provide different Pickup points)
