Not to worry, you can track the delivery of your order after receiving your 'dispatch' email, but we get it, sometimes you might not be in when your order is due to be delivered.
For Hermes deliveries, you can download the Hermes app which will allow you to change the delivery date, ask for your order to be left with a neighbour or a selected safe space (*safe place is not available for orders over £100). Hermes will do their best to accommodate any requests, but they can’t be guaranteed.
For any Whistl/Royal Mail deliveries, a calling card will be left which will include details on how to rearrange delivery or how to collect from your local Royal Mail sorting office. You can check the Royal Mail website to find your local sorting/delivery office.
For all home delivery options, delivery will be attempted three times, and if still unsuccessful, your order will be returned back to us.
COVID-19 Update: Due to the ongoing situation, signatures are not being obtained at delivery to ensure the safety of our customers and delivery drivers. Not to worry as GPS tracking is used to make sure the order is delivered safely and to the correct place.
