Can I cancel my QVIP subscription?

You can cancel your QVIP subscription within 14 days of purchase by contacting our Customer Care Team and a full refund of the QVIP subscription will be given. Once you have made your first order with the QVIP subscription or exceeded the cancellation period, we will not be able to cancel and your subscription will remain in place until the expiry date. You can view the expiry date within My Account.
