Can I have an exchange instead of refund?

Yes, we are happy to provide an exchange for any online orders returned to a standalone UK store within 14 days of you receiving your order. However, we are only able to honour an exchange for a different size of the same item.

If you bought an item on sale, then we would only be able to offer an exchange for this item and this must be done within 7 days of purchasing the item. For more information you can check out this FAQ!

Please note: we are unable to offer an exchange for any online goods returned to our Distribution Centre through the post.
