I have received my refund but you have not refunded the delivery charge, why is that?
We will only refund your delivery costs if you return the full order to us within 14 days from the day you receive your goods or if your order arrived faulty.
If you chose to have your order sent to you on an express delivery service, we will only refund you for the cost of standard delivery.
