Have you received my return?
It can take up to 5 working days for from the date you posted your return, for the parcel to arrive at our Distribution Centre. You will be able to track the progress of your return back to us using the tracking information provided on your Proof of Postage receipt.
Please make sure to keep your Proof of Postage receipt safe until you receive your full refund.
Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days and we’ll send you an email once this has been done, so there is no need to contact us.
It then takes between 3-5 working days for the refund to clear into your original payment method.
If you don’t receive your full refund within this timescale, just get in touch with your order number, a list of the items returned and an image of your proof of postage receipt (showing the tracking information) and our friendly Customer Care team will be happy to help!
Returning Quiz items purchased from Very, Littlewoods and Secret Sales:
Items purchased from the above retailers will be despatched and returned to the Quiz Distribution Centre. Rest assured, when we receive your return we will let the seller know so the correct refund can be processed. As your order has not been placed directly through Quiz we are unable to discuss the status of your return, so if you have any other questions we would recommend contacting the retailer directly and they’ll be happy to assist
