Can I use my credit note online?

Although you can use our Gift Cards online, credit notes can only be redeemed on our in-store till system. 

We understand that COVID-19 may have impacted your ability to use your credit note in time. To ensure nobody is missing out, we have decided to increase the validity of our credit notes to 24 months from the date of issue.

There is no need to contact us, the credit note will automatically b extended.
