Can I return an online order in store?

Yes! We definitely accept online returns in store.

Just take your online purchase to your local standalone store, making sure to provide your order invoice. Our team will be happy to accept your return within 14 days of you receiving your order and can issue a refund or exchange for your unwanted items.

Please note: we will only honour an exchange for the same item in a different colour or size.

Your refund will be sent to the original payment method used on the order and typically takes between 2-5 working days to clear into your account. 

Please note that Bridal dresses bought online cannot be returned in store, but you can still use the free returns label to return bridal dresses by post.

Quiz items purchased from another retailer (Very, Littlewoods, Secret Sales, Matalan or New Look) cannot be returned in store and can only be returned through the post. Please follow the steps provided by the retailer.
