Why have I been refunded for an item in my order?
Unfortunately we aren't always able to guarantee that your items will be in stock at the time of picking and packing your order.
If an item on your order is cancelled, in the first instance we will try to clear the item down from your total cost before payment is taken, however if we're unable to do this we will then process a refund for you.
In these instances we will always try to send you an email to notify you that one of the items was no longer available and that the refund has been processed.
If the order only contains a single item, then the we would cancel the whole order and refund it in full. If any of the order is still despatched however then we would not be able to offer a refund for the delivery fee as a delivery will still be made.
Top tip: If you have received a partial refund for your order and haven't received any notification from us, make sure to check your junk or spam folders as our emails can often be filtered in there. Our Customer Care team are always happy to help if you do have any questions!
