Unfortunately we aren't always able to guarantee that your items will be in stock at the time of picking and packing up your order.
If our team find that an item is out of stock they will process a refund for the unavailable item. If this happens, we also make sure to send you an email notifying you which item is out of stock and when to expect your refund back in your account.
If the order only contained one item that has been cancelled due to stock availability, we will also make sure to refund any postage costs. If the order still has other items due to be delivered, we are not liable to refund this as delivery will still be made.
Top tip: if you have received a partial refund for your order and haven't received any notification from us, make sure to check your junk or spam folders as our emails can often be filtered in there. Our fab Customer Care team are always happy to help if you do have any questions!
