Standard Delivery
The Standard service ensures that you will receive the goods within 3-5 working days. The Standard service costs £3.99 and a signature may be required on receipt.
Next Day Delivery
Mainland UK & Northern Ireland Next Day:
The Next Day service will endeavour to have your goods with you between 8am and 9pm Monday to Saturday, providing you place the order before 7pm Monday to Friday or before 3pm Sunday (Please note we do not dispatch orders on a Saturday so any Next Day orders placed on a Saturday will be delivered on Monday). Orders placed after the cut off will be delivered within 2 working days. The cost of the next day service is £5.99 and a signature on receipt may be required.
Next Day delivery is not available to certain postcodes.

** During November and December, deliveries may be delayed or delivered outside of the 8am-9pm delivery time scale. Couriers will be delivering later, and some couriers may to multiple drop offs each day. We ask for your patience and understanding whilst our courier partners experience high volumes at this time of year.
Collect in Store
Orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days and you will receive an 'It's Arrived' email once your order has arrived in store.
You will then have 14 days from the date of the 'It's Arrived' email to collect your order. Any orders not collected within this timeframe, will be returned to our Warehouse and a refund will be processed.
Pick-Up Point Delivery
We have now expanded the number of options we use for delivery, so if you wont be home and don't want to have your order delivered to a Quiz store you can use Yodel, InPost or Asda ToYou to have your order delivered to a plethora of local stores or lockers for collection!
To find the best courier for you, when checking out just select Pick-Up Points for delivery and enter your Postcode - we'll do the rest and show you all available options, including the address and opening and closing times!
International Delivery
We are now delivering to many countries around the world. Please see the International Delivery page for a full list of countries we deliver to.
Tracking is available on Standard International Orders and a signature may be required on receipt. If for any reason your parcel does not reach you in the stated time, please allow up to 25 working days from the date you have received your dispatch email to contact us, at which point we will be able to resolve your issue for you. Please email contact us with your order number and delivery details to help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Working Days - The term "working days" applies to Monday-Friday.
Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days. Please check the specific order types above for dispatch information.
Please note that, in the event of industrial strike action by our delivering partners, we cannot guarantee delivery in the stated time frame. Please contact us for further information if required.
