Don't worry! We get it, sometimes life gets in the way of getting to your goodies.
The store will hold your parcel for 14 days from it being scanned into store.
When collecting your order, please remember to take your order number and something with your signature on it as the store won't be able to hand over the order without these. The store will ask you to complete the Collection sheet, just to confirm the order has been handed over to you.
If you are unable to collect the parcel yourself you can arrange for someone else to collect your order on your behalf; all they need is your order number and ID with their signature on it. They'll also be asked to fill in the Collection sheet.
if the parcel is not collected from store within this timeframe, it will be sent back to our Distribution Centre and a refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 10 days of the parcel arriving at our Distribution Centre.
Once a parcel has been returned to our Distribution Centre we are unable to send your order back to you or back out to the store. All we can offer at this point would be a full refund. You are however free to reorder at any time.
