Why haven't I received a response from your Customer Care team?

Our Customer Care team are still here to help and we are working very hard to ensure that all of your queries are answered during this time. However, we are experiencing a high volume of contact and due to the current issues facing us all, our limited team are all working from home and weโve had to reduce our operating hours to Monday to Friday: 09:00 โ 17:30 so it's taking us a little longer to get back to you. We aim to respond to your enquiry within 48 hours, but to ensure we can get your issue resolved as soon as possible please make sure to read the below information.
If you're contacting us it would be really helpful if you could include your order number and as much info as possible to help us respond quickly. And, if youโve already emailed, there's no need to email again (it slows us down a little!)
