Changed your mind about an item you purchased in store? Not to worry, you can return your item to any of our standalone stores for a refund or exchange within 14 days (and 7 days for sale items) as long as you meet the following conditions:
- The item has to be unworn and in it's original condition, which includes any labels and hygiene strips still being attached.
- Your original Proof of Purchase receipt is required, and without this we are unable to accept your item back.
Any returns made outwith our Refund Policy timescale will be honoured at the store manager's discretion.
**If you have been unable to return an unwanted item due to your store being closed because of local lockdowns, then we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund for 14 days after your store has reopened.
Purchases made from concession or department stores need to be returned to the original store of purchase, and can't be returned to a Quiz standalone store. Any questions about returns from a concession store can be directed to the concession store directly, as we're unable to discuss their returns policies.
Please note: Items purchased in store can't be returned through the post and need to be returned to a stand alone QUIZ store.
