Why don't I qualify for free delivery?

At the moment we have no promotions for free delivery on orders over a certain spend. If this changes, we'll always advertise any promotions on the front page of our website or through our Newsletter.

If you are a QVIP customer and it isn't showing as active on your account then please reach out to our Customer Care team with the email address of your account and the order number for the order that you purchased QVIP on!
