Why have I been charged more than once?
Have you been charged more than once for your order? There's a few things you can check before contacting us:
- Have you received more than one confirmation email?
- Can you see more than one order when logged into your Quiz Account
If so, this means that multiple orders have been placed. Unfortunately we're unable to cancel an order however you can return the unwanted order by following our returns process
If you've only had one order confirmed but have been charged multiple times, please contact our friendly Customer Care team and make sure to confirm the email address used to place the order along with your Name, Address and Post Code, the date the order was placed and the amount debited from your account.
