I've lost my packaging, can I still return my order?

No problem! We'll still be happy to accept your items back.

The return doesn't need to be sent off in our original packaging - just make sure you wrap the item(s) up safely and securely in any packaging as the return will remain your responsibility until it reaches our Warehouse. 

Once you're sure its safely packed, take the parcel to your local post office with your Royal Mail QR code (if you are returning from within the UK only). If you have misplaced your QR code as well, dont worry you can reach out to our Customer Care team who will be happy to help!

If your returning your Parcel with Asda ToYou, InPost or Yodel you just need to take your QR code to your nearest Drop Off point!

Top Tip: Make sure to keep a hold of your Proof of Postage receipt until you've received the full refund you are expecting.
