How can I check my Gift Card balance or expiry date?

If you aren't sure of your e-Giftcard or your Giftcards balance, or when they expire don't worry! You can check this out on our website here!

All you need is your Gift Card Number and it will tell you exactly how much is on your Giftcard. If you're having issues and you're unable to use our website then please don't hesitate to reach out to our friendly Customer Care team who will also be able to check this for you, again all you need is that Gift Card Number. They will be able to tell you exactly how much is on the card as well as the expiry date!

You can also find the amount on your Giftcard on your initial purchase receipt, and if you use our giftcard in store a giftcard receipt will be printed to let you know the remaining amount!
