Tracking shows my order was delivered but I haven't received it, what do I do?
We're really sorry that you haven't received your order after is was delivered by the courier. Most of our orders are delivered safely and on time, but sometimes things can go wrong. Not to worry though, we're here to help!
A few tips to help:
- Check with your household and neighbours to make sure nobody has taken your order in for you.
- Check around your property (including any sheds, outbuildings or any other 'safe place' the courier may have left your order if they were unable to access the property).
- Check the tracking as the courier may have uploaded an image showing where your order was delivered.
If you have followed the above steps and are still unable to locate your order, please get in touch with your Order Number and the email used to place the order. We'll be happy to raise an investigation with the courier to locate your order and get this resolved for you as soon as possible.
