Why is my order late?
The delivery date shown at checkout and on your dispatch email is the date your order is due to arrive, you can also keep track in your account here.
A few things to check if you think your order is late:
- Our couriers deliver between 8am and 9pm so it could just arrive later in the day
- If you've received a Dispatch Email but the delivery window hasn't passed, then your order is making its way to you.
- Double check the delivery option you selected and the cut off times. You can check delivery timescales here.
Please note, we cannot check on the progress of deliveries until the delivery date has passed.
