Can someone else pick up my 'Collect in Store' order?

Yes! Someone can collect your order from store if you are unable to.

Please make sure they take along the Confirmation email or Its Arrived email(this can be forwarded from your own email account) or Order Number, and the details of your order and their own ID (i.e credit/debit card, a driving licence, passport, utility bill) and they'll be able to sign out the parcel on your behalf. 

You can also have someone collect your parcel from one of our 3rd party couriers Pickup Points, all they'll need is the confirmation code/QR code (depending on the selected courier) and their ID.
