Can I change which Quiz store my order is being delivered to?

We're really sorry, but it isn't possible for us to amend the Quiz store or Pick-up store once a order has been placed. 

Unfortunately we're unable to cancel the order once it has been placed, however if you no longer want the order or you're unable to collect it from the Quiz store, you can contact them directly (their information can be found using our store locator here!) or you can reach out to our Customer Care team who will be able to help!

Please note our stores and Customer Care team can only cancel an order once it has arrived in store.
