You have 14 days to collect your order once it has arrived in store.
If you are running out of time and still want your order, you can contact your local store directly and they may be able to hold onto your order for a little longer! You can find all our store's contact details here
If your order is not collected within the 14 days and we don't hear from you, your order will be returned and refunded. You'll be notified via email when your refund is processed and we ask you to allow 3-5 working days for the funds to clear into your account.
