What do I need to bring with me to collect my order?
Have you received an email letting you know your order is ready to collect? Great!
For Collect in Store and Order into Store orders: Simply take your ID and a copy of your order confirmation/collection email along to your chosen store to collect your order. A member of our team will hand over your order and mark this as collected.
A friend/family member can also collect your order on your behalf. Click here for more information.
For YODEL orders: When your order arrives at your chosen YODEL store, you will be sent an email with a collection email. Just show this to the YODEL store along with a valid form of ID to collect your order.
For ASDA ToYou orders: When your order arrives at your chosen ASDA store, you will be sent an email with a collection email. Just scan your QR code at the kiosk along with a valid form of ID, or visit the collection desk and a member of staff will bring your parcel to you.
For InPost orders: When your order arrives at your chosen InPost locker, you will be sent an email with a collection email. Just select the Parcel Pickup option and then scan your QR code on the Parcel Locker screen, you can also enter your Phone Number and the 6 digit Pickup code.
Not received your bar code? Make sure to check the junk/spam folders of the email used when placing your order (this will be your PayPal email address if PayPal was used) before contacting us.
