**Unfortunately, we've had to temporarily close our stores following the recent Government Guidelines which means Collect in Store is currently unavailable. Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you’ll receive an “It’s On The Way” email to let you know your order is on it’s way to your chosen store.
Once the store receives your order it’ll be scanned into store and an ‘It’s Arrived’ email will be sent to you to confirm that the order is ready for collection. Then just pop along to store with a form of ID and your order number - you will find this on any of your emails.
You’ll have 14 days from the day your order arrives to collect it, after this time the order will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be processed. But not to worry if you need anymore time, just drop our Customer Care Team below or call your local store who’ll be happy to help out.
