Unhappy with an item purchased in store before lockdown?
We understand lockdown has made it difficult for our customers to return items to store, so not to worry, we've introduced measures to make sure everyone has a fair chance to return any unwanted purchases.
First, it's important to check whether your local store has reopened or has a scheduled reopening date. You can out this information here. If your local store doesn't have a reopening date, we ask that you please keep a hold of your items until an opening date is announced on our website (You can also sign up to our newsletter for updates on your local store)
We are happy to accept back any items purchased between 01/02/20-21/03/20 for an exchange or credit note - as long as you still have your receipt.
Please note: Our standard Returns Policy (14 days for full price items and 7 days for sale items) applies for any purchases made after the store has reopened.
