I paid using Klarna, how will I receive my refund?

If you need to return an item purchased through Klarna, don't worry as it is a really simple process!

Simply return your items as normal, making sure to include your returns paperwork inside the parcel. When we receive your return, a refund will be processed to your Klarna account. If you haven't paid off the balance, the returned items will just be deducted off your balance left to pay.

If you've returned an item and received your refund confirmation email but its not back in your account, please make sure to double check Klarnas FAQ for their refund timescales!
