Can I send back my returns in more than one parcel?
Changed your mind about an item after you've returned some of your order?
Not to worry, we're happy to accept your return in more than one parcel, as long as you are still within the Returns Policy and it's clear that the items are from separate orders.
You can print out a replacement return's label (for UK orders) here, and we ask that you print out a replacement invoice from your account or include a note inside the parcel with your Name, Order Number and description of the item(s) returned.
