Returns Policy - Store Purchases
We always hope that you love your new purchase but we understand, sometimes you need to return an item just because it doesn't suit.
Full Price
Any full price items purchased in store can be returned back to us for a full refund within 14 days. The item can be returned to any standalone store, as long as you are able to provide your receipt (we are happy to accept both paper and e-receipts)
Your refund will be processed to the original payment method, so if the item was purchased via card please ensure to take this along as without this we can't process a refund.
Reduced
Reduced items can be returned to store within 7 days for an exchange only.
Please ensure that all items are clean, unworn and have tags attached. Please present the original receipt. We will not be able to complete your refund/exchange if you cannot meet these requirements.
Please note: Any purchases made in QUIZ Concessions within department stores or from another online retailer must be returned to the store of purchase. This includes, however, is not limited to purchases from New Look, Very, Littlewoods, Secret Sales, Matalan and Debenhams.
We have no control over the department stores' Refund Policy.
**Please be aware that any items bought in store must be returned to one of our standalone stores, these cannot be returned to ourselves via the post - this can only be done for orders placed online or using the app.
