Are there any items that are non-returnable?

Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we cannot accept any of the following items back:

• Underwear and swimwear (if the hygiene label has been removed or broken)
• Certain Jewellery (such as earrings) - any non-returnable Jewellery will always state this under product information, so please make sure to check this first.

We understand that that you would like to try items on, but, we cannot accept these items back just for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
