I've returned an item from a different retailer to you by mistake, what should I do?
If you have returned non-Quiz items in error, please reach out to our Customer Care team so that they can look into this once it has been delivered, as they may be able to get this sent back out to you - however there is no guarantee that they will be able to return the items.
We would also advise reaching out to the courier as they may be able to return the item back to you or redirect it to the correct address.
We do not accept any liability for items incorrectly returned to Quiz
