Unfortunately, there may be some small delays in your parcel getting to you. If it has been 2 working days since your parcel’s final estimated delivery date, and you still have not received this, then please get in contact with our Customer Care team, via email or social media message.
Just a heads up! Whilst our QVIP customers can still order for Next Day Delivery, our courier partners are going to be extremely busy over the next few weeks and in some cases parcels may arrive a little later than expected and we ask for your patience at this time.
We will always aim to have your order with you Next Day, however, due to courier volumes there again, may be some small delays.
