What is a Refund Card?

Our new Refund Cards are available to spend in all of U.K. standalone stores.  They are specific for usage in either U.K. or R.O.I standalone stores. U.K. Refund Cards cannot be redeemed in R.O.I and vice versa. As with our old Credit Notes, you have 6 months to use your refund card from the date it is issued – which it expires, we regrettably cannot extend the expiry date or issue a new Refund Card in its place. The Refund Card can only be loaded once, therefore, if you make another return then this refund will be issued on to a new Refund Card (a separate refund cannot be added to an existing card).

Q: Can the QUIZ Refund Card be used online in the same way as you would use a QUIZ Gift Card?

A: Unfortunately not. Credit from Refund Cards must be used in store.

Q: Can a refund card be used as a payment method to buy a Gift Card?

A: No. The balance from a Refund Card cannot be used to purchase a Gift card or an e-Gift Card.

Q: Are stores required to take any details when issuing a Refund Card for traceability purposes?

A : No. Our stores won’t ask for any of your details.

Q: What happens when I've used up all the credit on my Refund Card?

A:  Our store staff will recycle your old Refund Card.

Q: I only have £20 on my Refund Card, however, I'd like to buy an item at £30 - is this possible?

A: Of course! We’ll use the credit on your Refund Card first, and the rest can be paid however you like.

Q: I've lost my Refund Card or it's been stolen - what can you do?

A: Unfortunately, in these circumstances we are unable to assist further. Your Refund Card should be treated as tender. If lost or stolen, we’re unable to replace or reissue.

Q: Where can I check my Quiz Refund Card balance?

A: You can check your balance in a Quiz standalone store. If your card is in pounds then it can only be checked in U.K. stores and if Euros, then it can only be checked in R.O.I stores.
